I think good looks cuz sometimes you won't be in the mood to joke around so you'll need the good looks to back that up. Not to mention sometimes people's sense of humor can get annoying. (That's not always true though.)

I'm speaking for myself, I don't know how other women feel, but for me: personality, character, values, intelligence, and sense of humor. Looks are just a bonus, not always a necessity.
