It's like they don't even acknowledge that I may be a single woman. When I answer the phone and someone asks for Mr or Mrs (my name here) I tell them they have the wrong number, since there is no Mr. or Mrs. by that name living in my home. What do you think?

i get called Mr a lot, but then i have talking caller id and if i don't know who's calling i don't answer the phone, and if i do happen to answer the phone, i simply say im not interested please take my name off ur list and say thank u good buy and hang up. some people think that that's rude but then to me its ruder to let them talk talk talk only to get not interested.

Not me, I have caller id for a reason. I never have my time wasted by them.
