I can't speak for other states, but Alabama has lots of medical opportunities available. Birmingham has the U.A.B. medical campus and hospital which takes up the majority of the town. You can search some jobs here at al.com. Good luck.

With the Current Crisis Shortage RN/ Nurse Nationa wide , the highest being CA. Med Techs IMO should be in High demand everywhere. Not enough nurses, Med Techs skills will be needed in Doctors offices as well as hospitals etc. to help nurses, take part of the load and help give better quality pt care. Med Techs will IMHO need to be utilized in areas where once nurses were, so long as they have been trained in those skills of course.
