Try cleaning the grounding strap from the starter to the chassis, then re-install the strap. Disconnect your battery first. Also are you running a sub-woofer or any other electronics in the vehicle? If so they make heavy duty alternators for just about every motor just for that reason. If you are making the alternator work too close to it's max output for long they really won't last.

like the others say , check grounds , replace the battery too , and have a good auto electric shop check for parasitic loads , also are you buying the cheapest thing out there ? is it at an angle to it's drive belt ? do you drive through a lot of water ? does your engine throw a lot of oil at it ? lots of factors here , keep at it , a solution is at hand .

Yes most likley the mounts are shot and making it wobble you need to check them also do not overtighten the belt
