sanxing V9 mobile i don't posses cd or any other records i have only mobile can i have software. to put in software my pc should detect the device it is not detecting

install a PC suite first and i prefer OS xp and then try to connect your phone and be sure that it is not in ;lock mode and then if it nit show icon then go to device manager and search for newly connected hardware that will surely find it!

If you have OS xp in your computer then check it have service pack 2 neither you have to install. After installation service pack2, check the usb driver is signed or unsigned. from device manager. The device manager will find from Start menu / my computer / right click on my computer/ properties / device manager / universal serial bus controller. If it is yellow (?) mark, then it is unsigned. Right click on unsigned mark then click properties then find for updated driver automatically then - for this time only /next /finish. After this processes connect your mobile phone by data cable at computer.
In the case of win98 you will must install driver for your mobile. If windows not found new hardware check the device manager where already installed your driver. Now disconnect your mobile phone and remove this item and reboot your machine. try to reconnect your mobile phone

well to cut it short first get the cd. if you dont have one well hard luck. remove the USB cable and insert a pen drive in the same port.....does the pc detect detect the pen drive??? if not then the problem is with the port. try to use another usb cable.

is ur phone on auto lock?? that will prevent the pc from accessing the phone data..
