Have a really nice house with mediocre stuff inside or a mediocre house with really nice stuff inside?

A really nice house with mediocre stuff. A mediocre house might have leaks and problems that would ruin good stuff.
With mediocre stuff you can arrange nicely, cover and/or replace when the time comes.
Easier to save to replace a piece of furniture than to replace the house.

i'd rather have a mediocre house with really nice stuff inside, because if a burglar saw your mediocre house it might trick them into thinking your house is not worth robbing.
