potato gun?

im going to visit new mexico this summer and i was wondering are there any laws agianst these guns how about city limits and city rules, the reason for asking is i know my friend will want to do this(the one im visiting because she asked to bring mine but im wondering if theres any laws) yes she doesnt know of any either

Potatoe guns aren't firearms so I don't see why they won't be aloud.

Edit: I checked the New Mexico state laws and there is no mention of potatoe guns, I think your clear.
