its a mini... do i restore it? and i tried that but i can't find the restore button........

i've looked everywhere on the summery page and the restore button is there....

Plug your ipod into your pc and click on the ipod icon.
You should see a restore button in the itunes window.
If not then download the lastest version of itunes.

You need to use iTunes to restore it. It's on the Summary page of your iPod in iTunes.

you have to connect your ipod to your comp just like when you charge it and then open the file from ipod in your computer and start deleting all the songs.

Just delete all you songs by cliking on them one and then right click and select delete and if you have pictures just delete the folder!

if you have the new itunes click on the ipod icon when you dock it, then click reset or reformat or soething to this extent.

go to i tunes and delete each song from it.
