I care. It is our responsibility as humans to manage the animal population in our urban areas, because we are causing the problems that they are faced with. Also, most people who commit such acts are breaking the law in most municipalities, so report them if you are aware of someone doing these things.

The problem is that many people view animals as we did 100 years ago when we were a relatively poor agricultural society and companion animals were resources. Hunting a dog or cat or discarding them as trash is totally barbaric now. There are many people out there whose sole mission is to rescue unwanted or homeless animals. I have rescued a few animals in my day and they add a lot to my life.

Also, DO NOT BUY ANIMALS AS PETS. Rescue the ones that we are writing about here so that there won't be any targets for these morons to shoot or discard.

I dont care what kind of animal it is, fish, horse, goat, pig, cat ANYTHING they still have emotions, feelings, thoughts and desires... They deserve to be taken care of and not hurt or abused, we are the ones that domesticated them in the first place, now we need to stick to it. I dont think it's right to abandon animals, they aren't like humans, they cant usually survive on their own and they essentially have no hope to live. Animals have no say in their own lives, it's up to the people to be good to them and take action when they see something bad like abuse. How could you only care about dogs and not cats, just because you like dogs more? Cats still have the same emotions and feel pain just like dogs do.

a really really straightforward thanks to quit the trash problem is to bungie twine the tops, we've had to attempt this because of raccoons right here. or you may rig up a issue that hangs from the cover of the trash that has dangles on (say pin stocking feet to it) that carry about 4 or 5 mothballs each. No cat will bypass close to mothballs. that could even save away the raccoons too. a minimum of, purchase a trash can that has a good installation lid. you should look at your kit and make certain that's no longer including to the priority.

I care. My pets are like my babies. I would seriously not be able to live without them. People who throw their pets out or tie them up to a traffic light in the middle of nowhere and leave them have serious problems. Maybe we should track these people down and tie them up to a garbage can and leave them there. I'm sure that would teach them a lesson. Those people shouldn't be on this earth. They shouldn't be allowed to eat, walk, talk, or sleep. I hope that someday animal cruelty will be put to a stop.

These abusers simply don't care. They should be caught and prosecuted, to the fullest extent of the law, and not ever be allowed to own another animal. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever, for any kind of animal abuse.

I care. .. I think it is discusting what people will treat animals like. They should be prosecuted just as a human hurting another human. Animals are helpless and it breaks my heart to see this tourture.

I care! Not only because I love animals, but also because animal abuse doesn't stop there. Abuser's behavior often extends to their family and/or general society.

Of course we do. My family takes in abandoned animals and take care of them. Most of us are vegitarian too.
Trust me, I know how cruel some people are. Someone actually lit their dog on fire and killed it because they didnt want it. In front of our neighborhood.
People are dumb.
