Its quite natural and common in people with dark complexion and dark eyes. Its caused by the difference in colour between the iris and the surface of the cornea. Don't worry about it, its part of your natural beauty.

If you are referring to the colored part of your eye, the iris, as being blue around the outside, then mine are.
My eyes arent blue either. They are hazel, but mainly golden brown in color.
I'd say its uncommon, but not a medical problem.

if u dont have contacts in or had anything done to your eyes then yes. i know some one with one brown eye and the other is split brown and blue
