First of all, DX is a stable not a tag team. They don't count.
The Hardy Boyz are the best tag team of those you listed. The rest are all second rate, yet to prove themselves or just two singles wrestlers who were arbitrarily paired up. How can you even list Batista and Undertaker when they self destructed harder then many tag teams I've ever seen self destruct.

I want to see Regal and Taylor as SmackDown's Tag Team Champions while Haas and Benjamin are RAW's Tag Team Champions, then I want to see the two teams face each other at WrestleMania for bragging rights of being able to call themselves the best tag team.
If Batista could wrestle at even Khali's level (I'll admit Khali currently has a limited wrestling ability, but it's still miles ahead of Batista), he and Undertaker would be the best team.

If we're going for pure athletism you have to go with Haas and Benjamin. If you're in to high flying moves the Hardyz are the best choice. Overall though, when it comes to two great wrestlers being paired up my choice would be Edge and Randy Orton (Rated RKO).

It's not DX.
From what i've seen, Deuce and Domino & Lande Cade and Trevor Murdouch (sp?)
are the best teams WWE have.
Hardy boyz used to be good, not anymore.

Out of the list you provided I will pick the Hardyz,even tho we don't get to see them pair up all that often,they have awesome chemistry for obvious reason!!I like them better together than as individuals!!
