what does that mean? i have tons of sheets with nothing but Illegible writing. and often down i just write acsending #'s. like 123457 and so forth. i've heard that it means something. what does it mean?

Like the other people said, it could mean boredom. Are you under stress? Sometimes doodling is a good way to deal with it. If you're writing numbers, is there something in the future that you're looking forward to and wish the time would pass faster? (like getting off of work) Are you counting up to a certain event that unconsciously you're thinking about? (a birthday, a time, a date). Sometimes unconscious thoughts come out in doodles/scribbling...sometimes it's just doodling to pass the time. I think it may just be your own opinion on this one.

Doesn't mean a thing.

Lots of people doodle.

The most it means is that your work isn't requiring you to use all your brain, so you occupy it using the materials you have at hand.

It means you are bored. Try sudoku or circle a word puzzles or crossword puzzles. Or, if you are unhappy, try finding a better mind stimulating job.
