just bought one but am having trouble charging the battery please help!

No, nobody has that particular model of Dell. They only made one, and it seems you have it. Seems they had a problem charging the battery, so they were discontinued after only one was made.

You might have a defective battery that is not holding the charge. If you jut bought the laptop then have it replaced from the store you purchase it from or if you purchase it online, call the vendor and tell them that your battery is not charging. I don't think that you need to go to Dell at this time unless you purchase it directly from them. If it is not purchase directly from Dell then it is easier to go back to the vendor you purchase the product from and ask for a replacement.

call dell and tell them what happened. there really good at after salese services. they'll fix it for you
