Most romantic is Victoria and Alberts at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
(Also known as the most expensive restaurant on property).

Jiko-The Cooking Place at Animal Kingdom Lodge is a very nice choice for a romantic dinner for two. Narcoosee's at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is also an excellent choice. This restaurant is a bit pricey, ranging anyhere from $30-$50 a person. But the food and ambiance are well worth it! It is nestled right on the water and has excellent seafood! Be sure to make a reservation before you leave for Florida by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

First, if you want to eat at a resort or at the parks call (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463) as soon as you decide. With Disney's new dining plan the restaurants fill very quickly. Some as early a six months in advance. Second, consider eating later. The restaurants will be less crowded and most of the families with kids will have left the park - if your considering a park restaurant.
For romance I would make Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canadian pavilion at Epcot my first choice. It's the only Zagat rated restaurant on the property and the food and service have always been outstanding. It's signature dish is a fillet mignon on wild mushroom risotto and for desert a maple creme brulee. My second choice would the Coral Reef restaurant in the Living Seas are. Low lighting, wrap-around booths and a giant aquarium. The food is outstanding also. I recommend the blackened catfish over pepper jack cheese grits - if you like spicy! For desert don't miss the chocolate wave.

Hope I helped!

Cinderella's Castle! Get the Fillet Mignon. There are also some really nice places at Epcot, and then of course there is Victoria and Albert's if you want to donate your left kidney to pay for it. I also like Mexico, since you can get dinner at 4 pm before the rush and it feels like it's nightime in a foreign place.
Either way, get reservations NOW! You can call Disney and make them over the phone. Some places book a year or two in advance for prime times.
Also, remember, Disney pulls out all the stops for an engagement or something. If you want something special and you are willing to pay for it, the sky's the limit. My husband paid thousands of dollars for our Disney Engagement. It was perfect!

In Disney or any of its properties? Thats very difficult because the whole place is geared to kids and having fun even if its an adult area. I thats your question, the only place I can think of would be the California Grill restaurant. You need to make reservations. The only way for most guests to get there is by monorail. Just ask for instructions on how to get there.

Well, there's a whole lot of wonderful restaurants at Walt Disney World. I always go with my boyfriend, so it's always just the two of us dining out, and we prefer to eat at the nicer restaurants.
Our favorite restaurants for a romantic dinner are Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
Narcoossee's is located right on the water of the Seven Seas Lagoon. It's a gorgeous restaurant with hard wood floors, windows all around overlooking the Lagoon, and a very nice bar, too. We've dined there the past two summers and really love it! The service is outstanding and the food is amazing! I'm not sure what kind of food you like, but I always get the mussels for my appetizer. I love mussels and have tried them at just about every restaurant there that serves them, and they're the best at Narcoossee's. The fried calamari is also very good. They serve a wonderful surf 'n' turf. Their filet mignon is delicious! For dessert, their selection of sorbets is the perfect ending. In the evening when Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, the fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom is taking place they dim down the lights and the music is piped into the restaurant. You can see the show right from the tables, or you can step out onto the beautiful wrap-around deck.
The California Grill is located atop Disney's Contemporary Resort. It was voted one of the best restaurants at Walt Disney World for couples. We dined there for our first time this past summer and had an incredible time! The restaurant is so beautiful! And there's an open kitchen, which I loved. It's a lot of fun watching all the chefs prepare the meals. Anyway, they offer really delicious flatbreads for appetizers. I tried the pan-seared scallops for an entree. They came out perfectly - unlike at Fulton's Crab House at Downtown Disney where it took the chefs over two hours to serve me a plate of raw scallops. Now, I had the most amazing dessert there! I think they called it the honey crunch cake. It was a small, light, white cake with a whipped topping. It was served in a tea gelee with mangos and peaches - my two favorite fruits. It was so delicious! And since this restaurant is located atop the Resort, it overlooks the Magic Kingdom theme park. Just like at Narcoossee's, in the evening when the fireworks are about to begin they dim down the lights and have the music piped in live from the park. You may step out onto the deck to watch the show. The deck of Disney's Contemporary Resort offers the best view of the fireworks show besides the locations in the actual park, of course.
Now, you said you're going to Walt Disney World in only eight days... I would definitely make reservations as soon as possible, or at least try to. They allow you to make reservations up to 180 days in advance. I made all of my reservations exactly 180 days in advance, and some of the restaurants were still already booked up. You really need to try and make your dining reservations before you leave. They book up very quickly. The first time my boyfriend and I went to Walt Disney World he thought since there were so many restaurants we'd easily be able to find at least one each day to dine at. He was wrong. We ended up eating soggy sandwiches from the quick service restaurants, or just comepletely skipping meals because every place was booked. It was not a fun experience - very stressful and disappointing.
I would've recommended Victoria & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for a real romantic dinner, but they'll definitely be booked up. It's the nicest restaurant at Walt Disney World, and the only AAA Five Diamond restaurant in central Florida. It also received a Zagat's National Top Ten Restaurants Award.
(To correct John T, Victoria & Albert's was the only restaurant at Walt Disney World to receive a Zagat Award.)
Anyway, hope I could help! Have a magical time!

It depends on your taste. What do you like? Fine French food? The best Italian pasta? A tete-a-tete dinner in Germany while watching a Tyrol show? Then you should pick EPCOT. Maybe an exotic luau in Polynesian village? You have many choices in Disney, the right place to romance. Second thought, the right place to do anything.

I can vouch for the food and atmosphere but it may be hard to find a restaurant without the kiddies.
In EPCOT, try the French restaurant i the country of France and the Italian one in Disney World. The food was so good!

I would reccomend Le Cellier in Canada becuse it is dim and cozy in there. Or Victoria and Alberts but both are very popular and without ADR's I'm not sure you will be able to get in anywhere without a long wait but it might be better at this time of the year than when I go in the summer.

Chefs de France is like a little bistro, there are a bunch of tables all close to one another and it feels so authentic to me. Also Restaurant Marrakesh is great because almost no one goes there even though the food is good and if you call ahead you can be there when they have musicians and belly dancers. Both are in Epcot
