Asian fishing boats are the #1 cause of over fishing in the Pacific ocean. They care nothing about eco-friendly anything, but rather have fished their waters to almost extinction. Now, these fishing vessels cross over constantly into American waters because limited fish exist in their waters. Do you think the Coast Guard should be able to sink offending vessels?

We actually have laws against non-American fishermen crossing the boundaries.

That is because of Asian overpopulation. I think International Rules on fishing are needed, and those need to be enforced quickly. Starting a war with Asian countries isn't the answer to solving this problem. We must look for peaceful solutions, and no solution will work without some work done on overpopulation.

I don't think the Coast Guard has a right to sink vessels, nor do they have the time to monitor the waters all the time. That's a big ocean. I think that if they cross the waters onto our territory that maybe they should be arrested. But, do we have laws for that?

There has to be a better way than sinking vessels. Reason must win out.
