What are the best aspects of the American form of government?

In my opinion, we have a fair justice system.
Sure, it could use some adjustments, but overall, we have a good shot at getting a fair trial.

Also, for the most part, we have free speech.
Sure, some will say that their rights are being trampled on.
My thought is this: if you are responsible with your freedoms, you won't run into trouble.
Example: you DON'T shout "fire" in a crowded theater.
