You can get pregnant no matter what position your in. I've heard besides the missionary position, doggy-style is the next best!

Any Sexual Position has the potential to get you pregnant. Especially if you do not use any form of birth control.
I have read in various articles that the best positions for conceiving are those that give the male the best potential for deep thrusting and doggy style definately meets that criteria!

you can get pregant no matter what position you use. Can't dogs get pregnant doing it that way or any other animal for that matter. no matter how you do it there is always a risk if it's unprotected.

Seriously, it's possible anytime, anyway you have unprotected sex. My husband and I thought we could be "careful" ha ha, yeah right. ;) If you DON'T want to get pregnant, use a condom or birthcontrol. Those are your best bets.

ANy time a penis enters your vagina you run the risk of getting pregnant...whatever position you are in.
