I appear to have picked up a nasty stalker who e-mails me, so I have decided just to ignore her.

Its is surely possihble, but it shouldnt be considered normal. This sort of behavior exceed normal social limitations. If the person is just harassing you on the phone or emailing you...its weird enough, but if they are following you, i suggest you make a official complaint. It seems "funny" now but if the situations gets worse you will be in the clear if you have already made it official that you are not a party to whats happening. If a person is "crazy" enough to stalk, than we cannot be totally sure of what else they are capable of, Especially if you have a girlfriend, wife or female counterparts nearby. The stalker might even be of danger to them.

Stalkers are far from normal no matter who you are or what the circumstances!! I had a stalker last year-got rid of him a few months ago-he drove me demented!

no, its not really normal for anyone to have a stalker! thats just creepy.. but its more likely for a female to have a stalker though.

well yeah guys can be stalked there are just as many stalkers that are women look at the woman that trie to get into David Lettermans house.

I wouldn't say that it is NORMAL per se, as stalking isn't normal, but men DO get stalked. I have a close friend it happened to.
Plus haven't you seen Fatal Attraction or Play Misty For Me?

I had one last Summer she was nuts, she would sit in my parking lot till like 12:00am she would go to all the bars that I went to and just act like it was a coincidence, Finally I moved and changed my regular watering holes.

It happens but it is unusual for it to happen to a man...
You are doing the right thing by ignoring them,Let,s hope that they soon get fed up with stalking you...Good Luck..
