What are the nicotine/tobacco byproducts that stay in your body for a month. it's not nicotine or Cotinine (both are gone within a week max)...so what is it? Taking a urine test for smoking and need to know.

carbon monoxide? I dont know if this can be detected in a urine sample however.

Why a urine test for smoking? Its not illegal unless your on an oil rig in which case most would prefer you stopped , there is no reason for anyone to test you for this. Speak to a lawyer.

stop-drinking-coffee 4 a month.drink plenty water-and if your a big smoker.the main ingredient-is eat plenty a-WHITE TRIPE`with salt n vinegar.iv bin on this 4 years..no trouble with smoking`
