Certainly. There are many who work with their pre-operative transsexuality as a drawing point, and others who keep it relatively hidden if possible. Mostly with MtF (I've never heard of it the other way around, though I'm sure it's possible), it's often to finance their surgeries, or just for fun and some extra money.

Of course there are. You would more than likely have to go to a gay/lesbian club to find them though. Depending on where in the country you are, some even have their own club, and give dances. You should go one day!
