I believe, from what i have read, that is pretty much agreed it was somewhere in the mesopotamia area..between the Tigris and Euphrates in Iraq.

This is a theological question, nothing to do in science. If you want the scientific answer : garden of eden is a parabole and never existed as so.

It is thought that Sri Lanka was where Adam first set foot on Earth. There is a hill called Adam's Peak where Adam's footprint is visible on the surface of a large boulder. It is a pilgrimage site.

We cannot know.
It was a real place. However the topography of the whole earth was completely changed by the global flood.
The flood is the cause of most of the sedimentary rock which covers most of the continents, and which was laid down by water. (Which is why the rocks are full of billions of creatures buried in the sediment - you don't make a fossil by burying it slowly!)
It doesn't really make sense to even ask where the garden of Eden is now.
