I had a miscarriage between my 2nd and 3rd. I have 4 boys total now.
I was fortunate - I found out I was pregnant when I miscarried.
Strange thing is that hubby and I have both seen a girl ghost about the size that baby would have been - and his description matched mine.

OK well I had a son 3 years ago and had been trying to get pregnant since. When my son was 1 I had a miscarriage, when he was 2 I had two more and now I am 19 weeks and everything looks fine. My mother had 5 miscarriages before she had me and when I was 10 she had my little sister and then when I was 11 she had another little girl. It just doesn't seem fair that this happens but it does and I hope that you don't loose faith in ever having a baby. If you can't try adoption it does a child good who lives without a mommy or daddy.

I had two miscarriages before I had my daughter. Both early on, but it still hurts to think what might have been. I had a healthy baby girl who will be turning 4 in May. It will happen. The way I look at the two I lost : something just wasn't right. Nothing I did or didn't do. Good luck. Keep trying.

I have had 2, both very early on in the pregnancy. I had 2 healthy kids after my first miscarriage. Then I got pregnant with twins, but lost one. I did go on to deliver the 2nd baby, happy and healthy. 2 yrs after that one, I delivered #4...Early miscarriages usually happen because there is something wrong with the fetus. Miscarriages later in pregnancy usually mean a problem with the mother. If your is the first, there is no reason why you can deliver a healthy baby. If there is a chance that you have a medical condition, you need to get that corrected first. Good Luck,

i found these ?s on a website i hope they help.....
WILL MY NEXT PREGNACY BE SUCESSFUL?
Following one miscarriage, the risk of the next pregnancy being a miscarriage is not increased beyond the overall risk of one in eight.
Remember to keep taking folic acid to reduce the risk of the baby being affected with spina bifida.
If you smoke, give up.
Often a woman gains considerable re-assurance by having an early scan. Ask your doctor or gynaecologist about this.
WHAT IF ONE MORE MISCARRIAGE OCCURS?
If a woman has three miscarriages in a row, this is known as a recurrent spontaneous miscarriage (RSM) and a referral to a gynaecologist for special investigation is recommended. Provided the investigations are negative, a woman's next pregnancy still has a 70 per cent chance of being successful.
WHEN CAN I TRY FOR ANOTHER BABY?
There are no hard-and-fast rules. The right time to try for children again will vary from one couple to another: some will want to start a couple of weeks or months after the bleeding has stopped, others will want to wait longer. It is, of course, advisable to recover from the worst of the emotional upset before starting another pregnancy.
Good luck and i hope your next baby is happy and healthy..

The mother of a friend of mine had 5 miscarriages and 10 live births. Her oldest daughter had 3 miscarriages before the 5 live births she had. In their family if the girls got pregnant before they were 20 they would mis-carry, how old are you?
Do miscarriages run in your family? They say the average woman has 10 miscarriages without even knowing she was pregnant, she just thinks her menstrual cycle was heavy.

I had one i was probably around the same time (12 weeks) and an exact year to the day that i miscarried my daughter was born at 37 weeks (today 2 years old healthy, and as active as can be) I am also carry my 2nd child currently 34.5 weeks along.
my sister had two miscarriages and went through a lot of test and procedures she now has 2 kids (2 year old girl 9 month old boy-both healthy full term pregnancies)
it is very hard to deal with it was alot harder for me than my boyfriend and it was alot harder for my sister than it was for me, but hopefully you won't go through it again, they say it is common for women to miscarry - a lot of times they are unaware of it though.
good luck in the future, let your body heal then try again (they do have some test to try and determine what happened but i think they only do it if you miscarry more than once)

I had a miscarriage last march and im now 2 months along and im scared to death. I have a 2 year old lil girl and had a hard pregnancy with her and the fear of a repeat is always on my mind. So far my pregnancy is going good. Its in Gods hands and i keep telling myself that my baby aborted itself because something was wrong with him and he would have a hard life if he was born disabled. Try again and just pray a lot and follow doctors instructions. Sorry for your loss, i really feel your pain.

I had two in a row..It is very hard..I have an 11 year old daughter and I wanted just one more so bad and after the second one I almost gave up hope...I did give up trying and was scheduled to have blood test done to find out why it kept happening to me..I had to wait 6 weeks from my last one before the could do the test and found out I was pregnant again... I was so scared and I didn`t want to get my hopes up to much..But all was good and I went on to have a very healthy baby boy!!! He is now 8 months old and I`m almost 20 weeks with #3 now!! Everything is going good...Just don`t ever give up hope..I wish you all the best and hope you don`t have another..Good Luck!!
