If every family in the world were to light a fire outside at the same time, would the global temperature rise?

Something I've wondered for many years.

Yes. The chemical energy currently held in wood would be released as heat energy.

I'm not sure how MUCH the earth's temperature would rise, or even if it would be measurable, but it would go up.

If every family were to light their house and burn everything around them, after years of burning, it may contribute alittle bit to global warming.

No. If heavy industry can't do it, neither can billions of bonfires.
