i've got felt further, yep. If i'm expertise what you're describing top, the term for it could be "disassociation" : (*a non everlasting state* of perceived detachment from one's thoughts and/or physique) it is part of a psychological ailment (mutually with D(issociative) I(dentity) D(isorder), extremely often favourite as numerous character sickness)... inspite of the incontrovertible fact that it additionally happens to maximum people at a while or yet another, and is no longer something too severe. they say it in many cases happens once you're extremely emotional, and you do no longer precisely understand a thank you to handle it, so which you only separate thoroughly. For the minor incidents, i come across it to be a mixture of tiredness and a few thing frightening, yet it extremely is very own. (i'm getting overly emotional whilst i'm sleep disadvantaged.) i'm undecided why it happened to you in case you won't have the ability to think of of something especially that would have set you off... yet especially cases, issues do no longer want a reason, y'understand? in all probability it rather is a few thing you weren't responsive to consciously, some thing your subconscious picked up on. (Oh, it could additionally be drug-led to, lol) If it became some week-ends in the past, you need to understand via now if it became an remoted incident, or if the dynamic between you and those acquaintances is long gone. :D i'm sorry it ruined your weekend =/
