That only leaves the thermostat, wiring/connections and the timer! Have you checked that the timer has not been fiddled with, and needs re-set to 'Manual'??

when you say your fan oven isn't working, do you mean the fan motor, or that fact there is not heat ? if the fan motor isn't working then that likely to have burnt out. If you've changed the element and the fan is running, but no heat, then it's either the thermostat or possibly the themo cut out, which is a small stat situated either on the back of the oven or on the top, if you have one of these connect the two wire together, then see if it starts heating. make sure you switch the oven off before touching anything. If it works then change the cut out, they are not expensive.

also make sure the closk is set!

I have heard of ovens that stop working when there has been a power cut, because the clock has lost it's time. Reset the time and it should work again!

Sounds stupid, but if you have an automatic timer on the oven, check its on the right settings. My oven wouldnt work and I called an engineer out only to find the timer had been knocked and was on automatic, so over riding me trying to turn it on .....!

My fan doesn't have an oven Im poor, but you might try the relay switch that turns the fan on when you turn on your convection oven.

Could be the fan motor. You would have to check to see if you had power at the connections there. If you are not a sparks, best to get one to check for you.
