For cramps I use hot water bags, soups etc.
For hot flashes I dont think you can do anything except remain in a cool , calm environment.

You can be prepared to prevent it before it happens. Take a small bottle of water and a scarf with you at all times. Make the scarf wet, and wrap it around your upper arm. In the summer it will get dry fast enough. That is where the bottle of cold water comes in handy. You just pour some on the scarf before it gets dry. Keep doing that all day. I hope this helps your hot flashes.

There are various herbal supplements, such as Evening Primrose Oil, Chaste Tree Berry and Magnesium, that can be taken daily to help reduce the symptoms of PMS.
