I'm a mortgage consultant and need to market myself but don't want to spend $500 a week for advertising.can you come up with cheaper methods to advertise my services? please let me know.

Seriously, though, if you set up your own website and have customer success stories, it should help. Perhaps consider an ad on craigslist.com ?

Mass faxing is illegal, unless you have written permission from each recipient. Trust me, I tried it. Within 2 weeks I had a letter from my state attorney general with a cease and desist order.
Best thing to do is get in your car and go visit realtors.

You could start by allowing emails via yahoo answers; i tried to send you some info but you dont allow emails or IM's.
