Yes, I'd pass. It's funny because one of my co-workers was randomly tested a couple weeks ago (for insurance purposes); he told my boss that he wouldn't pass and wanted to know if he could take it the next day. Well, boss wouldn't let him and co-worker told boss that he smokes pot once in a while and wouldn't pass it. Boss was REALLY mad at co-worker and made him take it anyway. The results came back negative. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

No.... but I won't fail it either. I refuse to take one. Lucky for me I found 2 jobs that do not drug test. (one is in a state government position too!!!)
