Yes. Both are attractive, though Celine's eyes are a little too big IMO.
Now if someone told you sing like Shania's, that means your your singing stinks and your voice is whiny.

Usually being told you resemble an attractive celeb is meant as a compliment. For example, I've been told I look like Bob Newhart and Tim Conway, so I am compared to funny looking comics; I guess that tells me I ain't a chick magnet....
