I want to know about mainframe computers.?

If I select it as a career then where can i get proper training. what are the basic knowledge should I know. I am pursuing graduation. I am in final year BSc maths honours. Please help me.

Mainframe is a big size computer. It will have many parts of hard disks, where people work through many terminals on different programmes at the same time.

Its like a big apartment with many flats.
each flat can accomodate a family. every family will do different things at different times. But it will all be in one apartment.
