Just wondering, I have been having this dull pain in the center of my chest that goes all the way into my back, with more pain when I straighten my back. I have had a slight head cold for a few days, just wondering if maybe I have cold in my chest, or if it could be something else

Definitely go to the Dr. to get checked out. The cold could now be pneumonia or you could have just pulled a muscle. Either way, you need to make sure.

You should go to the doctor a chest cold can turn into pneumonia or you could have pluresy its symptoms is back pains it is a lung infection

Could be a low-grade flu and it's the associated body aches.
The last flu I had I didn't throw up but was really tired, had body aches and a cold.

i have the same thing going on with me right now it just started with me not to long ago my freind said its when your heart skips a beat but i dont no it could have something to do with a cold but i dont really have one and its happeing to me
