Wash clothes in cold water & put the dryer on a low heat setting or hang your clothes to dry. :)

Instead of putting your clothes in the dryer after the wash put it on a hanger or lay it out to dry. The dryer usually shrinks the clothes.

Wash the clothes in cold water, and hang them up to dry... I wouldnt even take the chance of putting them in the dryer if you were nervous about shrinking them!

Wash in cold water and put it in the dryer
or If you have to wash it in warm water, hang it up. The first option might shrink a little bit, the second one won't

Don't put your clothes in the dryer. Hang dry or lay them out to dry. You can always fluff them after they are dry, put them in the dryer for about 10 minutes on a low heat setting.
