CV and Bio-data are the same things (CV=Biodata). But currently people uses CV because it sounds well and smart. Resume is the summarised verson of CV.

CV
gives mostly the academic qulaifications and the related information

Bio data -
gives all the information, but only in the format prescribed.

Resume - gives a brief on the biodata + details about all the skills and the knowledge of the person

cv is generally associated with british style

resume is american style

and bio data is used in india however now a days itss resume which is most used

all three have different format

check the oxford dictionary for details
