When your sharks get big enough, they'll eat the guppies. But the Pleco is fine with both. Guppies are community fish, who need to be with other small community fish. The silver sharks are semi aggressive, they will get to be atleast 10 inces long and will not tolerate anything that small in their tank. You need to forget about the guppies. If you want more fish, get tropical semi agressive fish.

Depends on the size of the tank. Potentially, the silver shark would soon grow big enough to eat the guppies. But assuming that your tank is not suitably sized for a school of silver sharks (and they do need to be in schools) - about 125 gallons - your silver shark and possibly your pleco (common plecos grow to 18", sometimes more) will die of stunting before they will get big enough.
Plecos are typically pretty placid and would be fine with guppies, but in a proper sized tank. On the other hand, though, he could die of ammonia poisoning if you did not cycle the tank and just put them all in together - they all could die of ammonia or nitrites, of course, but the pleco would be the first to go.

Why not return the shark and pleco to the fish store and get some fish better suited to a small (or whatever size your tank is) community tank?

I don;t know how long you have had the tank running or how big it is, but if it's a new tank the pleco will probably die first. If it's been running a while then it will be the guppies as the silver sharks get large enough to eat them. Oh, and you better have a big tank if you have more than one of each of these guys, the pleco and the sharks get really large.
