That the laws we have in america are completely useless?

Yes !! I am not sure what you are meaning.But i think if our laws a lot tougher on the serious stuff we would have a lot less crime.
We have become a bunch of spinless people.Somebody can kill someone but we say it's inhuman to seek capital punshiment.And even we do say ok they deserve to die .we say well it has to be painless and quick.
What the hell I am sure these people did consider that when they killed someone.But yet they have rights.
Thats whats wrong with this country.

Usless is not the word. I would use stupid! You can't use what chemicals you want. If your 18 fighting in iraq and you come home with your eye shot out you can't have a beer. but you can die for a lie. No killing no hurting no stealing and the rules of the road thats all that is needed.

So long as they are not fairly enforced, you have a point.
We do not need any new laws, only to have the existant laws enforced.
