im gonna build my own rig and I wanted to know will ddr2 ram slots support ddr1 ram sticks, they are kingston.

I'm not sure on that specific mobo as I don't see the specs but some motherboards do support DDR & DDR2.

But, you must use one type of memory or the other. DDR and DDR2 cannot be used at the same time because of timing issues.

Absolutely NOT. Won't even FIT in the slot, wrong number of "indents".

No. DDR2 and DDR1 are incompatible.
