The child I once was would think I am a fun adult and a good person. I think the child I once was and the adult I am would have a blast. I really haven't changed much since I was a kid except for being less serious now. My childhood was very traumatic so I guess I've reverted to being what I think it should have been like as an adult. I'm having the time of my life!

I think it would rock my child-self's world that I have a child. I never really played with baby dolls. I never thought much of getting married (and I am...all kids love my hubby, so former child me would too). The fact that I have a "normal" office job, would disappoint child-self. As a child I believed I'd be an artist in New York.
I think child-me would be facinated by my son. She would be glad I am where I am. Even if it is the town I promised to wipe the dust from off my heels. I love it, I always did. It was just not cool to not want to run away from home.

She would be glad to know we made if past 21 because when I was a child I always just knew I wasn't gonna live to be 21 because the neighborhood we lived in was so bad (drive by shootings were just such a normal thing daily that when I was on the phone and it happend the person on the other end would hear it and ask what the noise was and I'd tell them and I wouldn't even bother with getting on the floor when it happend cause it just happend so much it was normal at the time!!!) Thank God my parents moved us not long after I turned 14!

I think that child would be very surprised. As I child my dreams were to be successful in finance, always been good with numbers and money. Instead I am successful at raising 4 children and paying the bills, staying at home. I think childhood dreams are just that, dreams. As a child we have no idea what the future holds in store for us. All it takes is one stupid act to make your dreams history, and sometimes it isn't a stupid act that destroys your dreams.

He'd be pretty amazed that all that time I watched CHiPs and wished I was one of those guys on the motorcycles with the tall boots etc. was what I ended up doing for a real job.
He would probably give me a high five and say "dude, your career so rocked!"

Would definitely be disappointed that I didn't become an aviator like he used to dream about... probably because I chose to get stuck behind a PC, but will marvel at the fact that I have a kid that looks and dreams just like him.
