my i tunes will not open. i press the short cut and it say itunes cannot run becaues it has detected a problem with your audio configuration. what do i do???

What's the exact error message? This is kind of vague to be able to give any good answer. For example, Which version of Itunes, What type of computer are you using, Do you have a sound card installed, or is it just using the onboard card.. etc... Something useful.
If you can't find any of that, I suggest you reboot, Try again, Then reboot, Uninstall, Reinstall and see what happens.
Then check Apple.com.

try plugging in your ipod. Okay calm down and call the number on the back of your ipod box or go to apple.com and it can maybe tell you what to do. good luck.

Try installing it again and if that doesnt wok go to apple's website they must help u

thats happend to me too what i do is restart the comp and it seems to work every time i have that type of problem and same problem
