Nooooo...my husband grew up listening to poor grammar and he's rather dyslexic. It's not a measure of intelligence or what kind of person they are.

No. I would only dislike them if they jumped to conclusions all the time and accuse me of saying this and that, bullying me in other words. I have a very poor grammar. My grammar is like one of the worst around. But anyways, i wouldn't dislike someone just because of that..

No way. I can't spell! If people dislike me for that it's their fault. And just about EVERYONE used poor grammar at some times in their life.

No - especially in the case of someone with dyslexia or something similar, who can't really help it. As for everyone else - I may think a bit less of them if they were entirely unwilling to learn better, but when it comes down to it, that's only one aspect of human interaction. If the person is good at heart, I'll grimace at the spelling, but I'll learn to live with it if I must.

it's boorish to be that petty when it comes to P&S in particular. we don't know the ages and education of all the posters, and i, for one, make a lot of typos that i don't spot in time, despite my impeccable spleelling skills.
