for Non-Technical ====> Advance Technologies are Making

Technical topics may be : The emergence of open source community in computing world, The influence of Google in our life, The role microsoft plays on our desktop! etc
Non technical may include: Corruption, politics, Newspapers, etc etc... there are lots of those! see around you ... and you can even find Yahoo answers as a topic too!
