The second one as its almost always a lie.
When the nasty voice says "Your call is very important to us..." the call actually IS important to them because you are a customer doing business with them. The fact that they don't have the smarts to adequately manage their call center is another issue completely.

Surely the biggest lie is......
"The cheque is in the post"
But of the two you've given I'd say " Your call is very important to us..." If it was that important they'd speak to you!!
