Hi Folks -
For example :
The colour of the neighbours front doors?
Your funeral expenses?
That ball of string in the kitchen cupboard, which you know to be in a complete tangle?
The fact that clocks around the house differ from each other slightly?

There must be many others, I invite you to tell us about them.

Bob
(I don't worry about being called "Bob", and try and concentrate on the important things, but you know what it can be like)

Hi Mr 5 Pence = a Bob, re funeral expense, I think it unfair to those left behind to foot the bill for a family members funeral where the deceased just couldnt be bothered with any insurance etc and thought to themselves well i wont worry about 9t when I am gone.

I myself am a born worrier, I worry about the least little thing, like if a bit of paper frell dow the back of kitchen drawers I would have it on mky mind 24/7 unless i took drawers out to ge rid of paper.

When I get my new car, if tax disk or garages advert on rear window is on wonky it will bug me till i get new ones and put them on straight myself.

If a neighbour who is worried or upset and I bump nto hi9m or her and say hello and I get no reply, I will worry myself sick untill I talk to that person as I would think it was me at fault.

We all get worked up over frivolous things. I worry when I see a lot of clutter in the apartment. It stresses me out and makes me unhappy. Then I remind myself that the world is not going to end just because there is a big pile of papers in the corner.

lol im sorry but the funeral expenses is a funny thing.

hmm...i think i have OCD over organization. sometimes i'd stick papers in places and then later i find it messy so i clean it up. ok maybe its not so pointless...i dont like yellow. so if i have a completely yellow something (except pencils) i'd probably leave it and get a different color.

Some study said 90% of what people worry about is frivolous blather that will never affect you or happen anyway.
