He was staring at me all last week, but then i had something happen to me so i was avoiding him and conversation and everything (not because of him) but this week he is a little sick (coughing) but he wont even look at me now.
Are we playing games or something or is this permanent?

To me it seems that ur playing games. Like who’s going to last longer. If u think this guy likes you and ur rejecting him like that, it’s hurting him more. If u don’t like this guy, try being friends with him. It’s going to be a sad site if u made feel bad.
