I was given a deadline of April 1st to find a place. (given notice by my sister and her bf, who are roommates. Notified last week. I found a place and its what I am looking for (reasonable rent, location, room is nice etc.) But for some reason I could not put down the deposit. It had to be right then and there (almost $2,000.00). I hesitated and am not sure why. Great location and at first I could see my see myself there. My roommate seemed like a really honest and sincere person, (even though I only that person once) but I couldn't do it. When I finally convinced myself that I wasn't going to take the place, I felt better, no anxiety. Can someone explain to me why I turned down a really great place in a really great area. Now I am mad at myself. I may never find a better place in the city. I feel like a failure. Might have to go back home and face my parents (i'm 24 y.o). Do I have committment issues? what do you think?
really confused..

It was a good idea the place cost too much. U don't have commitment issues commitment issues usuraly have to do with human beings not objects.

Just get on with it. You've been given plenty of notice. At 24 y.o. you shouldn't be going back to your parents. Face up to your responsibilities.

No issues...I think you need to be by yourself. Forget roommates.
