How come every time I try to play a Play station game on my play station 2 it won't let me save? It says that it can't find a memory card when I have one in the machine. It only does this with games made before 99. One of the PS2's features is playing PS1 games right?

you cant same ps1 game on a ps2 memory card. you need a ps1 memory card and it will work

In order for the PS1 game to save on a PS2 you have to have a PS1 memory stick, the ps2 memory sticks only save for PS2 games.

use a ps1 memory card they sell them at eb for like a dollalr
