My personal need in life is mental stimulation.
Obviously human being's needs are warmth, air and sustinance.
Not to sound too cynical but I don't think our greatest need is love or companionship, otherwise how could hermits live?
But i think that love makes us happier and therefore makes our lives more comfortable and enjoyable.
Maybe our greatest need is to live.

I think freedom is horribly underrated these days and such a rarity. I would desperately love to be free above all other things, but it's almost impossible in a society that makes getting money essential to live and eat and all that.
