Get an old coathanger or a thin piece of strong wire, and angle it up and in through your window, then lever the window down.
Should be able to get your keys soon enough.

Break the windscreen. Windscreens are much easier to replace than other windows, and are usually covered by insurance. Especially if you fail to mention *how* it got broken!
