Anna Nicole Smith went from having a nice smile, to something that looks like a horse's mouth....Upper lip rigidly sticking straight forward when she smiles....revealing a huge gumline...and upper teeth protruding forward as well.
What happened? Is that a symptom of drug use?
I thought at first that maybe she had some dental work done, but it looks so horrific....nobody would pay for such a scary smile.

Yes, I know she has passed on, however, is the mouth problem a symptom of whatever killed her?
It would be nice to know that when you see someone's mouth looking scary, that they might be close to DEATH.

During the first season of The Anna Nichole show she went to the dentist to fix her smile.She had real short teeth.They reduced her gum line slightly and made her teeth bigger.They used a cast of her teeth so they could do a better job.Then when she smiled it did look like horses teeth.I think the dentist made her teeth too big.

Probably plastic surgery. It's the IT-thing in Hollywood, and it quite often pisses me off, not always, though, some people look better after surgery. But, shame, the poor thing's dead, leave her plastics to turn to oil under the ground.

She did have dental work, but she was always expected to smile for the cameras and she was so drugged up and miserable with Howard K. that she was faking the smile. It's her "fake" smile!

It's a side effect from using TrimSpa, you're so morbidly hungry that you've got a snarl instead of a smile.

what didn't happen to anna in her final year,not only in appearance but what about the fact she couldn't speak without slurring her words,terrible decisions must I go on Methadone deteriates your teeth and everything else
