If you are happy at VS, then stay there. If you think you will be happy at the higher paying job, then quit! Money doesn't always bring happiness, you have to like what you do.

I would quit. In fact, I worked for Victoria Secret and I did quit.
I used to work for Victoria Secret Catalogue in the catalog call center. It was the WORST JOB EVER!!!!!!! 9 hours a day taking calls and 40% of the time the calls were from perverts. And you weren't allowed to hang up on the pervert either.
I was also discriminated against by my supervisors. Performance review were always done with old data. I had one review and was told to improve. The next review was done with data from prior to the first review and I was disciplined. Now how can I change the past?
I have nothing good to say about my experience working at Victoria Secret.

Instead of working at both? If you can work at both, you should for awhile to see how the new job goes, that way if there is a problem you can just keep working at VS.
Do you love working at VS but think you'll hate the new job? Then it's a tough decision. If there's a significant difference in wages I'd take the new job. You'll be in a better position to find a higher paying job that you like in the future.

Jumping from job to job to job doesn't show any prospective employer that you are a loyal employee. Consider the benefits along with the salaries. Loyalty is a rare commodity, both with employee and employer. If the pay increase at the prospective job is what is attractive to you, then check out any benefits that go with the new job. How much more responsibility goes with the new job, and what kind of job security is there with the new job.

Do you care where you work right now? If prestige of working at Victoria's Secret is your concern, then you should seriously consider your job opportunities. Your livelihood is more important than some over-advertised underwear.

Depends upon your long term career goals.
Victoria Secrets has name value and future employers will immediatly assume you're professional, dress well, etc... based entirly upon seeing the Company name on your resume.
Does this other company have the same reputation?

Why not try something new and broaden your horizon's as well as your bank book. You may also consider staying on at VS as a part-time/prn/seasonal employee.
