I don't have one. I don't drink. I am old enough I just choose not to drink. It never seems like a good time to dull my senses. I have to many responsibilities. I'm afraid that if I drink and get a buzz maybe something will happen to one of my children or my wife or some other horrible thing. If I have been drinking I won't be able to do what I need to do to fix the situation. I know it's kinda weird but that's the way I look at it. When I was younger I used to drink Coors Light to answer your question.

Mojitos, made properly are quite awesome. you have to use fresh ingredients, though.
Based on frequency of consumption, however, I'd have to go with the vodka martini. Preferably Ketel One and Martini & Rossi, about 6:1, up, chilled glass, three or four olives. they are smooooooth...
